Why it is listed
This repository hosts the open-sourced subset of the Lightwheel catalogue: complete rooms (apartment, kitchen) and individual appliances (mixers, stoves, stovetops).
Readiness assessment
Each package is OpenUSD with the physics properties Isaac Sim expects, so scenes can be assembled without manually rebuilding collision shapes or mass properties.
Practical notes
Because the license is CC BY-NC 4.0, these assets are suitable for research and prototyping but not for commercial products.
