Freezing Calderón: Robust Preconditioning for Maxwell Scattering under Shape Uncertainty

The paper addresses preconditioning for boundary-element discretizations of the Maxwell electric field integral equation in electromagnetics. It shows that a Calderón preconditioner can be assembled at a nominal geometry and reused for connectivity-preserving shape perturbations, reducing the cost of rebuilding the dual barycentric operator.
