PDE-OBS Partial Differential Equation Benchmark Dataset

PDE-OBS is a benchmark dataset containing complete numerical solutions for seven PDE families used in scientific machine learning research. The dataset covers Darcy flow, Poisson equation, and Helmholtz equation (stationary cases), with all solutions computed using the benchmark's own solvers. Every record was produced directly by the benchmark code without external data sources, ensuring consistency and reliability for method evaluation.
